These handmade threader earrings feature rare Australian crystal pipe opals in sterling and fine silver settings. They hang from a 5" sterling silver box chain.
These earrings are threaded through the ear hole, allowing you to adjust the drop length to your liking (click for a video tutorial). If you have multiple piercings, you can thread them through those as well to look like little hoops. Should you have larger ear holes, they come with clear rubber stoppers to keep them in place.
Crystal pipe opal from Australia is highly coveted and not easy to get your hands on. Mother Nature only created pipe opals in small localized areas, so it can take several years or decades before more of it is found in large quantities. This means that the supply of crystal pipe opals is extremely limited, yet demand for this beautiful stone continues to grow. I’ve slowly been collecting these opals and have watched the price skyrocket just in the last year. I’m so grateful to have been able to get my hands on some of these beauts for these earrings.

As with all handmade jewelry, this piece is delicate and should not be worn during strenuous activity or in water. Please take care to remove it while swimming, bathing, washing hands, playing sports, etc. and avoid applying oils and lotions while wearing it.
